As always the safety, not only of operators but of all intervenients in the facilities and equipment, was an instrumental condition in the design and manufacture of pressure equipment in Flucal, to achieve it we developed techniques that have increased the intrinsic safety of equipments. With the development of specific security components it was possible to further increase the equipment security level, allowing to reach safety levels never before achieved with failure probabilities extremely low.

The security level of equipments built by Flucal is always high, with the use of various security components interconnected with each other, in a logical and efficient way, thus allowing our products to achieve SIL 2 or SIL 3 according to IEC 61508.
